La Loma Resort is
a unique residential complex, where the homes
open up to light and nature. The low
construction density of only 444 homes over
525,000 m2 confers that particular quality on
the resort, which together with its huge sports
area, makes it a privileged and exclusive place
to live next to Mediterranean.
There are 328 apartments and 116 villas ranging
from 140 to 160 m2. All homes are set amongst
plazas, walkways, fountains and cascades that
include a common denominator: top quality and
meticulous architectural design.
La Loma Golf Resort stands out from the other
Polaris World complexes due to its special
emphasis on sports and health which is reflected
in a professional Sports Centre with tennis and
squash courts, football pitch, indoor sports
arena and indoor pool, as well a golf academy.
La Loma Resort was designed by renowned Mexican
architect José De Yturbe, who created an
architecture that breaks with the style of all
other resorts. With a step toward modernism, De
Yturbe reinvents "the home" as a place of pure
lines and diaphanous spaces all blended with a
variety of plant life which makes each home
fuller and more comfortable. La Loma has its own
‘Town Centre’ surrounding a spectacular open
guitar-shaped square.
