This resort was initially planned to cover a
surface area of 700,000 m² and contain 750
homes. These homes have been delivered, and all
services are fully operational and are currently
being enjoyed by the residents. The success and
popularity of this project led Polaris World to
expand it by an additional 885,000 m², offering
more homes, greater services, and more green
areas for parks, sports and leisure. |

This pioneer
resort from Polaris World currently comprises
750 brightly-coloured detached villas situated
just 10 minutes away from the magnificent
beaches and waters of the Mar Menor. Nature, the
sun and the beach come together to create the
perfect setting for this resort: a setting that
is unique, headed by an 18-hole golf course that
runs along the entire complex, and includes
bars, restaurants, a fitness centre,
hairdressing services, a travel agency, swimming
pools and a five-star Intercontinental hotel.
At the heart of the complex the ‘Town Centre’
houses all types of amenities including an
exclusive 5 star InterContinental Hotel & Spa
with bars, restaurants and swimming pool. Thanks
to the success of the project, an extension is
underway to offer additional properties and
extend the golf course and leisure areas.
But that’s not all: Mar Menor Golf Resort is in
a truly privileged location. Located only five
minutes away from the beach, it also has
excellent and easy access to the region’s most
important cities, such as Murcia and Cartagena.
