Reservation consists of making a three thousand euros
(3000€) deposit for the property you desire.

Once we receive your completed online reservation form you
will receive a call from one of our advisors to check your
details and to process the pre-reservation of your property
in Polaris World. The deposit must be made by bank transfer
to the corresponding Polaris World resort bank account
within a maximum period of 24 hours. The corresponding bank
details will be sent to you along with the property code
which you must include clearly on the bank transfer form.
If after making a visit to the Polaris World resorts, you
decide not to proceed with the purchase of the property – or
if the corresponding sales contract is not signed within the
